Jessica ‘Coco’ Cote is the fashionista behind the OBVIOUSLY CHIC boutique. She spends her time traveling the world to find handpicked items at prices you can afford, pondering what she can do next to make you more beautiful, lusting over beautiful fabrics and furniture. A deeply rooted passion for vintage, has allowed her to create a brand around everything old and beautiful a world past has inspired her to mix the old with the new. She pulsates over bold colors and patterns, vintage furniture, unique jewelry and has a special place in her heart for everything handmade. She makes sure every new piece from Obviously Chic is well thought about, ensuring that when you are seen in it you are not only making a powerful statement, but feeling nothing less than amazing in your own skin.
Relating to the every day girl, Jess understands the want/need to be fashionable, trendy, beautiful and unique while on a budget.

features it all... from limited editions and designer finds to inexpensive "works of art".
While working in a Marketing and PR position for six years in the tourism industry, Coco realized that her appetite for fashion was a passion that she could no longer ignore... Her keen interest in what her clients were wearing rather than where they were going was becoming a regular distraction and inspiring her to focus her energy on what she truly loved. Fashion. So, she left her job, and went to fashion school. Arming herself with a strong knowledge of the industry while at school, she formed many connections with others who also lived and breathed the industry. After graduating, Coco began a career in what she thought would be her dream job, working in Marketing and PR for a high end clothing store. But as she began to settle into her new position, she still couldn‘t ignore her desire to take control of her own destiny and be free to do it on her own. It seemed as though life had other things in store for her. It became apparent to her that her long time dream of working for a prominent business in the fashion industry - something she had worked at achieving for years, was only a stepping stone on her path to exactly where she was supposed to be. Realizing that people loved her knack for style and passion for great fashion finds, she decided it was time to commit to the call inside her to help the every day girl be as passionate and as fashionable as her. She left her job and opened up her own business, Obviously Chic.
