RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a beautiful stylish woman, we know that it’s your prerogative to change your mind. We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for any reason you don’t, just follow the steps below. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Please note that our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
NOTE*: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at customerservice@obviouslychic.com within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
- Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the original Invoice Date.
- You may not return or exchange: Sale Items, Jewellry, Cosmetics, Cards, or Gift Certificates.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE: NO EXCEPTIONS
- For sanitary reasons NO returns will be issued for jewelry items.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please EMAIL us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
- If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to our warehouse and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we refund shipping.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted.
- Custom Necklaces are FINAL SALE. We will only replace or fix if the error with the necklace is our mistake in regards to spelling or custom requests not meant. There is NO REFUNDS on the necklaces because of shipping delays.
EXCHANGES*
Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability.
We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. We do not provide exchanges
for sale items. Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone
a quality control check. You will receive an email notification when you new item has been sent out
Promo Codes/Groupon*
If you are using a promo code for an online sale or using a code from Groupon and you do not enter it at the time of purchase. We CANNOT go back after your order has been made and give you the promo code or groupon discount.
All codes must be entered at the time of purchase. If your promo code does not work and the system gives you an ERROR, which it will do if it's not working or valid please email us right away at: customerservice@obviouslychic.com and we will fix the promo code error.
CANCELLATIONS*
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Step #1:
Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step #2:
Complete the Return Form supplied with your purhase and make sure to include it in the package with the item [s] you are returning.
Step #3:
Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location.
As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded.
